It is simply a Jaffa Staff Weapon. Also the Zat and the T.E.R.(transphase eradication rod) are seen on the show.
It seems to be called just a ‘Staff Weapon’.

The anaquada powered staff weapon from stargate is the only weapon that does not have a specific name. all other weapons from stargate has a name.
